About the Photographer
I’m Michael Byrne, a commercially trained photographer with over 20 years’ experience, based in the North West of the UK.
I provide professional property photography for serviced accommodation, short-term lets, aparthotels, holiday lets and corporate accommodation operators across Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and North Wales.
My background is in fast-moving commercial photography, including editorial work, venue documentation and client-led assignments. Clients can expect clear communication, reliable scheduling and finished images delivered when agreed.
I work with operators, developers and agents who need practical, consistent photography for listings, websites and marketing. The aim is to show each property accurately and professionally, helping accommodation look clear, inviting and ready to book.
The visual approach is agreed in advance. Some properties benefit from a bright, clean style, while others suit a more natural look with greater depth and atmosphere. In every case, the priority is to represent the property well and avoid surprises.
I also photograph larger multi-room properties and aparthotel developments, with image sets organised clearly by room, apartment or area for straightforward delivery and use.
To keep the service personal and dependable, I work with a limited number of operators at any one time.

Pricing
Property and accommodation shoots typically start from £175.
Larger properties, aparthotels, multi-room shoots and ongoing operator work are quoted individually.
Travel across the North West and North Wales can be included or quoted separately depending on location.
